Why is it important for a teenager to eat healthy foods? It is important for a teenager to eat healthy because when they get into the habit of eating healthy food it is easier to keep these habits later in life. It also allows them to be healthier. Another benefit of eating healthy and exercising is that it has the potential to lower the risk of getting certain types of cancer.

Thats a good start, but you should build more on it. Also, you do realize that when people put more posts on late,r your introduction will end up on the bottom of the page
uhh well you seem to have the right kind of information... but this blog is seriously lacking in information. i would like to know more about why i should be healthier and what kinds of foods will allow me to be that much healthier. why should i eat them? what do they contain? why is it good for me?
